After you have done this you can use a fine-toothed comb to ensure that all the lice and lice eggs have been removed from your hair. You can also mix equal quantities of white vinegar and water. Mix the two liquids and massage into your hair. You can then cover your hair with a shower cap. This will need to be on your hair for at least half an hour before you wash your hair. You will find that you will have to repeat this process in a week or ten days to ensure that your hair is completely lice free. To ensure that you are not infected with lice again, you should take certain precautions. Wash all your clothes and your bedclothes in hot water.
