How to Get Maximum Hair Volume with Remedies

Voluminous hair always seems to be much healthier than thin, limp, and dry hair. Hair could be made voluminous, either by reducing its breakage and fall or by giving it some extra bounce and body. Most people with thin hair growth put in a lot of effort to add volume to their hair, which includes the use of salon treatments and products that can be quite expensive. However, many other options are just as effective and are a lot more reasonable at the same time. First of all, you could give the appearance of added volume to your hair, just by choosing the right hairstyle. In case your hair is fine and thin; maintain a bob or a blunt cut. In case your hair does have some natural body; you could choose a hairstyle with face-framing angles or layers, to give it a bounce. Parting your hair sideways adds height and volume to the top of the head. If you are already used to parting your hair on one side, you should try to part it on the other side for the same effect.

 you could preferably do it once a week, using either jojoba, olive, or coconut oil. Apply the warm oil to your hair in sections and massage your head in circular motions. To maximize its effect, soak a towel in warm water, wring out the excess water, and wrap the towel around your head when it is oiled. Doing this regularly reduces hair fall, thereby thickening your hair. While hot oil or towels are good for the volume of your hair, washing your hair with warm water should be avoided, as it weakens the hair, causing it to fall.  
 Select your shampoo carefully and to make sure that your shampoo does not contain too many harsh chemicals. Instead, opt for volumizing shampoos & conditioners. Apply the shampoo thoroughly, throughout the hair, especially the root. However, the conditioner should be applied mainly to the ends of your hair. Applying conditioner on the roots may cause the hair to appear limp and flat. After washing your hair, dry your hair upside-down, with a blow-dryer. To curl or straighten your hair you could use curlers or a straightening iron, which would give your hair an added bounce. Use a light spray to maintain the body in your hair once you are done.   Like all other aspects of health, your diet also plays a very important part in the health of your hair. Eating protein-rich foods will help thicken your hair growth. Therefore your diet should contain a lot of eggs, yogurt, fish, tofu, poultry, beans as well as fresh fruits and vegetables, which contain vitamins and minerals. Following a proper diet will not just increase your hair volume; it will also make your hair shiny and glossy.
