HOW TO REGROW HAIR NATURALLY

Hair Regrowth

 HAIR REGROWTH

Hair loss or alopecia occurs as part of the natural process of aging. A daily loss of 50-100 strands of hair is quite natural. Any more than that and it can turn into quite an embarrassing affair as well as cause a lot of grief. In today’s image-conscious society, having a full head of hair is quite the mandate and numerous hair regrowth treatments are available.

Most people blame their loss of hair on genetics and various environmental factors. To a certain degree, they are right in doing so, but a major cause of hair loss is a nutritionally incomplete diet, and despite the hair, loss regrowth is possible if one were to pay more attention to what one eats. For example, drinking a cup of lettuce and spinach juice every day can help with hair regrowth. As unappetizing as it sounds, it has been proven to be very effective. As a general rule of thumb, a diet rich in fruits and vegetables promotes hair regrowth as the anti-oxidants encourage growth by protecting the hair follicles.

In addition to a well-balanced diet, you may also choose to partake in some sort of hair regrowth treatment. For several years treatments using artificial means and man-made chemicals have been used, but now many people are starting to prefer natural hair regrowth methods, of which many can also be done in your own home.

Lavender oil is best for hair Regrowth

 Oil and lavender flowers

Lavender oil massaged into the scalp thrice a week has been shown to have some fantastic results in hair regrowth. Just leave it on for about 15 minutes each time before shampooing it out.   An effective remedy is the application of coconut oil on the scalp.   A valuable home remedy is a combination of lime seeds and black pepper. Just grind the lime seeds and make a paste with the black pepper. Apply the paste to the bald patches.   Onions have also been found to be quite beneficial. Rub the bald parts of the scalp with a raw onion until it turns red and then apply some honey onto it.   You can also make a mixture of honey and egg yolk. Apply this on the scalp and leave it on for about half an hour.

These and many more natural home remedies are available, but one must remember that there is no magical hair regrowth formula. Try out a few different methods and see which hair regrowth treatment produces the best results for you.
